realmNotProbed?​

Why the realm-scoped capabilities were not probed, when the reason is itself a determinate answer and not a failed call: absent, the realm was looked up and does not exist yet; not-asked, no realm was given; lookup-refused, the credential was refused (403) the lookup of the realm, so it can do nothing in it. Absent when they were probed, and when the lookup itself failed: then their indeterminate means "could not check", and probeOutcome will not call that delegated.
