Variable: WRAPPED_KEY_FORMAT

The first byte of every value KeyCustodian.wrap returns. It names the form 0x02 || nonce (12 bytes) || ciphertext || tag (16 bytes); 0x01 is the form of KeyWrap's software adapter, so a stored value says which of the two wrote it.
