Operate
OktoID is a national-scale self-sovereign digital identity platform. This part of the documentation is for whoever runs a deployment of it: the operator guide.
If you are new to OktoID, start with the tutorial Install the platform. It takes you from a clean machine through the setup wizard to a deployment that is complete for this version. Install and sign in then signs in as the root account, makes a signed-in request, and adds a second administrator; it also shows the unattended install, which takes every answer from the answer file.
Before you edit a deployment's answer file, read What the platform keeps of the answer file: the file is stored permanently and its changes are logged, so a secret must never be typed into a free-text field.
Two how-to guides cover the security module on a local stack: Run the re-wrap of subject keys moves every person's data key onto the wrapping key and reports what it did, and Inspect the agent and audit tokens lists the keys on each token without putting a PIN on the command line.
The pages here are arranged by kind, as About these manuals describes.
