artifact-store/src
@oktoid/artifact-store: the public artifacts, stored exactly as signed.
The port (ArtifactStore), its S3 adapter (createS3ArtifactStore) and the
configuration block that wires it. credential is the only importer: its trust
module writes the federation artifacts, and the edge serves them from the store
without asking any service (D2.5, chapter 26).
