What a call site states about an audited action: the action, how it ended, what it acted on and the payload. Everything else is the client's: the id, the time, the tenant, the actor (read from the transaction's scope), the correlation id, the payload hash and the producing module. A field the action does not list in AUDIT_ACTIONS is refused when the record is validated.
