Interface: PlatformGrant<K>

Evidence that the calling participant holds a platform grant for a contract key.
Shaped like PlatformGrantEvidence in @oktoid/messaging, which builds it after
its own refusal check; string here so this package does not depend on messaging.
holder is always one participant. Until slice 2 step 2.4 a key with several broker
callers could only say "one of these"; the actor token's kid now names the signer,
so the receiver always knows which, and the oneOf arm is gone.
