parseHandleId(id): ParsedHandle | null

Reads an id.

Parameters

Returns

ParsedHandle | null

null when the id does not start with hsm:, meaning it belongs to another custody and this adapter has nothing to say about it.

Throws

invalid_handle when it starts with hsm: but is not hsm:v1:<label>:<32 hex digits>.
