Class: ActorTokenVerifier

Defined in: packages/messaging/src/actor-token.ts:113

The estate's ActorVerifier: verifies the token with the key its kid names, checks the claims against the envelope's actor, and binds the token to the message (on the broker) or to the calling module's own key (in process). See the module header for the two bindings.

A verifier with no keys refuses every token; it is what a receiver gets when its wiring supplies none, so a missing key fails closed.
