separatesDuties(environment): boolean

Whether an environment class keeps running the anchor and governing the tree in separate hands. See SEPARATED_DUTIES_ENVIRONMENTS for why and for who asks.

"staging" | "development" | "ci" | "integration" | "production"

The process's environment class, never the one a file declares.

Returns​

boolean

true under staging and production.
