commandEnvelopeKid(signer, version): string

Builds the kid of one signer's key at one version.

Parameters

The deployable that holds the signing key.

number

The key's version, from 1.

string

For example provisioning-agent-command:v1.

The version is not an integer from 1 to 9999, which the pattern would refuse anyway; failing here names the cause at the signer, not at the agent.
