What an ensure* call did. Every ensure* is idempotent: a second call with the same input returns changed: false and an empty changes.

One line per write, naming the object and what moved. Empty when changed is false.

Requested settings this provider cannot apply, one line each. Not an error: the call did everything it could, and the caller reports these against the answer file. The same gaps are visible beforehand in ProbeResult.

The object as it stands after the call. Never carries a secret.
