A DID as this estate mints them (D3.2): did:webvh:<scid>:<host> or did:web:<host>, on a bare lowercase hostname with no port and no path. Stricter than either method allows, on purpose: a path under a platform host could never migrate, and one spelling per identifier means a string comparison is an identity check.
