Defined in: packages/contracts/src/schemas/governance-framework-v2.ts:613

The governance framework, version 2 of its schema: version 1's machine-read fields (the roles and their criteria, the statement lifetimes, the contacts, the dispute route) with the Metamodel's primary document beside them. The governing authority moves into the primary document's section 1.4, its one home in this shape.

Published like version 1: as JSON exactly as validated, every field public, never edited once published.
