request.platform.trust.key-store.probe.v1 request, sent by the setup engine only.

Under plan: true nothing is written to the token: the reply reports the library, the session, the token's identity and the partitions, and makes no test key. Otherwise a P-256 test key is generated, signed with, verified and destroyed.
