The platform actor: the only actor that may stand at the root /, in tenant platform. It is the nil subject with no roles and carries no authority of its own; it can be turned into a PlatformScope only by a principal holding a platform grant, and into a tenant Scope never. A message from the gateway proves it with the same signed actor token as any other actor (D2.2), whose sub is platform.
