The identifier.update payload (step 3.2d): IdentifierAuditPayload's fields, and reason on a denied record.

  • reason is present on a denied record and absent on success, by the producer's rule and not the schema's, as for IdentifierPrepareAuditPayload;
  • version is the version published when the record was written, on both outcomes: a success record says an update began, which publishes nothing yet, and an update that was refused did not move it.
