Why the platform, and not a person, ended a grant (PO-QA10):

  • grantee-erased: the grantee was erased, so its grants end with it;
  • bundle-replaced: the setup engine replaced the grant with one of another bundle, because the answer file says so;
  • grantor-revoked: the grant this one was made under ended for one of the reasons here, or for this one, so this one ends too;
  • holder-replaced: the setup engine gave the same bundle to another person, because the answer file names a new holder of an account only one person may hold. Today that is the governing account, whose address changed (setup-wizard.md, DW15). The bundle did not change, which is what tells it from bundle-replaced.

Added to at the end only: the list is a published enumeration, and a consumer that predates a cause must still be able to read every record that predates it too.
