request.platform.issuance.identifier.resolve.v1 request, sent by the setup engine only.

Exactly one of the two: the DID, or the organisation's path. A path is resolved as the did:webvh identifier on the publisher host it derives under this deployment's domain, which is where the anchor's identifier always is (identifier.converge refuses any other host and any other method for it). For an identifier on a delegated host, send the DID.
