bootstrap.root-invite: an installer's command (pnpm stack:root-invite) asked the identity provider to send the root account's invitation again, after the wizard had created the account. Setup may complete with the invitation still unaccepted, so the send has to be possible once the wizard is gone, and it is the one setup record filed after setup is over.

It is filed before the mail is asked for, so it records the request, not delivery: a provider that then refuses the mail is reported to the operator and the record stands. A resend that was refused (root not created, already signed in, invitation taken up) or could not be checked files nothing. No address, no link and no provider subject: the configuration version says where the address was read from.
