The reasons of a version 2 access.deny payload: version 1's eight and actor_token_invalid, for a message from the gateway whose signed actor token is missing, forged, expired or bound to another message or subject (D2.2).

Widening a literal in an audit payload is a type change (29), so the ninth reason is a new payload version beside the first, not an edit of it.
