A role mailbox (D2.14): the local part is lowercase words joined by single hyphens, so trust-office@ and disputes@ pass while jane.doe@, jdoe42@ and j_doe@ do not. It is a heuristic against a person's address, and only that: janedoe@ still passes, which is why the review of answer files remains the second control.
