What one run of the setup engine's identifiers step changed in issuance, as codes (D3.15). Shared by the replies and the audit payloads, so the engine's report and the audit trail say the same thing.

  • identifier: the anchor's identifier was created and published;
  • probe: the registry probe wrote its object;
  • methods: the stored list of permitted methods changed.

The list only widens.
