The kid prefix of each signer's keys. Two prefixes and two key pairs, because the
two deployables may send different commands: the agent binds a kid to the commands
its holder is listed against in the permission table (commandsSentBy), so a
provisioning key cannot create an identifier and a credential key cannot be
mistaken for it by a typo.
