request.platform.issuance.registry.probe.v1 request, sent by the setup engine only (D3.11): prove the registry can be written before anything permanent depends on it. issuance writes the object _probe/<runId> and reads it back byte for byte. The object is outside every served path and is never deleted, because the store has no delete.
