The entities whose display name folds to the same string as another entity's (foldDisplayName), by entity identifier. It is how a name that reads like someone else's is put in front of a person: in the publication preview, and in the audit record of an admission (security ruling of 2026-10-12, slice 2 3a).

Entity identifiers and not internal ids, because they are what a reader of a preview already has in front of them as iss and sub, and they are public by design. Never empty: where nothing collides the field that carries this is absent. Sorted, and cut at NAME_CONFUSABLE_MAX: one collision is already the whole warning, so a longer list would add size and no meaning.
