Why an identifier is failed, as a closed set of codes:

  • document-mismatch: what the agent signed was not the document that was previewed, so nothing was written (D3.3). A defect in the platform, never the caller's doing;
  • agent-refused: the agent would not generate the keys or sign;
  • other: anything else; the operator's log has the code.

Widening this list is additive; narrowing it is a new version.
